What is your shipping area?

We ship to all of mainland Spain, Andorra, Gibraltar, mainland Portugal, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic and Switzerland.

How do I get my invoice?

Do you make urgent deliveries?

No, but our parcel is quite fast. Our shipments to Spain, Andorra and Portugal take approximately two days maximum to arrive. Shipments to the rest of Europe may take up to 4-5 business days.

In any case, if you are in Barcelona city and need the products urgently, we recommend that you choose the "store pickup" option, so you can go to La Pachuca to pick up your purchase within a 2-minute radius. hours after making the payment.

Can I pick up my order at a branch?

If you want to avoid shipping costs, you can place your order online and pick it up in La Pachuca (Carrer d'en Carabassa 19, 08002 Barcelona), from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup, and it will generally be available within 2 hours of your purchase.

What is the delivery time?

If you are in Barcelona city and order through Glovo, you will have your products within 1 hour. If you place your order before 12:00 p.m. in our online store, you will normally receive it the next day. Otherwise, you will receive it within 24-48 hours.

If you are outside of Spain, shipping may take up to 4-5 business days.

No shipments or deliveries are made on Saturdays or holidays.
