PRODUCT IN BAD CONDITION

If you receive an item in poor condition or it does not correspond to the product you purchased, you can make a return at no cost and request a refund within a period of no more than 14 calendar days. The refund will be made with the same payment method used in the initial transaction.

If you only want us to replace the product, we will send it to you free of charge within a maximum period of 2 days after your return is made.

In both cases, the product must have its original labels and packaging.

Once the period of 14 calendar days has ended, it will be impossible to request any refund or return.

GENERAL RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to Art. 102 of the Consumer and User Law, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product purchased, you can make a return and request an exchange or refund within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. delivery date, as long as the product is in exactly the same conditions in which it was delivered, has not been used, is not altered or damaged, and is in its original packaging and labeling.
